Lead Hands 1 & 2 work in a supporting role in basket operations as part of snubbing services at Mid Atlantic Energy Services. These workers have several years of experience and have preferably completed formal training and competency evaluation. They are responsible for operating and maintaining tongs, operating, and maintaining winches and counters and are knowledgeable in the operation of a standalone snubbing unit.
