Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Load work station with formed hoses and other production materials;
Retrieve/return required production fixtures/tooling;
Operate production fixtures and tooling apparatus;
Operate stamping equipment;
Operate various production machines;
Perform re-inspection of product;
Perform salvage operations of product;
Perform setup/first piece quality inspection per TS 16949;
Fill out manufacturing slips;
Tally production for timecard;
Maintain work areas 5S compliant;
Read gauges;
Read specifications and sign off documentation;
Perform operations per specification or as directed by supervision;
Overtime may be required
