Job Details
  • 2+ years of experience within automotive manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
  • Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys), APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, IATF 16949.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply lean and Six Sigma tools to drive performance gains.
  • Develop metrics and track performance improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Proven experience leading Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, lean tools, and industry standards.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
