Overview
Form Factor, Inc. is a leading provider of test and measurement technologies across the semiconductor product life cycle. This role supports a high-volume, high-precision semiconductor fabrication environment and drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement on a production shift.
ShiftThe regular hours are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 6:00 pm to 6:15 am. A 15% shift differential applies for night shift.
Responsibilities- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
- Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.
- Monitor KPIs including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on-time delivery.
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.
- Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
- Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check-ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.
- Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards; ensure adherence to ISO and fab operating procedures.
- Participate in audits, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations and champion safe work practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management; communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience. Required.
- Experience in cleanroom operations, manufacturing leadership, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $ – $ per year, depending on experience.
