2+ years of experience within automotive manufacturing environments.
Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
Experience with:
- Kaizen
- Value Stream Mapping
- SMED
- Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys)
- APQP
- PPAP
- FMEA
- SPC
- IATF 16949
