The company has built a strong reputation for producing high-quality engineered products while maintaining a significant focus on operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2+ years of experience within automotive manufacturing environments.

Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).

Experience with:

• Kaizen
• Value Stream Mapping
• SMED
• Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys)
• APQP
• PPAP
• FMEA
• SPC
• IATF 16949
