Motherson DRSC (MDRSC) seeks a strong, energetic leader to drive daily Assembly operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. You will plan, assign work, monitor schedules, quality, and 6S activities while fostering a safe, efficient plant.
The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in automotive manufacturing (assembly preferred) and solid PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). You will coach teams, analyze metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
