Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Medicines Foundry Lead Operator to support startup activities and bring manufacturing equipment into service. You will become the area expert, educate the team, and travel domestically and internationally to learn from and collaborate with API-producing sites.
Post-startup, you’ll provide tactical leadership on the floor, manage production processes, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance in a cGMP environment.
