• Mazak Machine Operator

• A company specializing in automotive production line design and automation, is seeking a skilled CNC Mazak Machine Operator for their Walton Kentucky facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-face Mazak machining centers.

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-face machining centers

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files

• Program and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Mazak machines

• Conduct quality control checks on machined parts

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Train and mentor junior operators as needed

• Full-time, on-site position with potential for overtime and weekend work based on production demands.

• Walton Kentucky

• $25-30 per hour, based on experience and skill level

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Mazak CNC machines, particularly 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-face machining centers

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD files

• Knowledge of G-code programming and Mazatrol conversational programming

• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
