USG, a Chicago-based manufacturer, seeks a Cogeneration Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the cogeneration plant, supervise four cogen operators, and manage the plant’s fire protection systems. You will coordinate maintenance during mill shutdowns and ensure safety rules are followed.
You will also assist in staffing, training, and communicating mill activity to the operators, with a focus on accident-free operation and environmental compliance.
