Key Responsibilities:
  • Satisfy COGI errors generated during system transactions.
  • Resolve issues with process control sheet information to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Review completed production orders before TECO.
  • Maintain inventory balances versus inventory levels and demand.
  • Perform cycle counts, including weekly Resin, Regrind & Additives counts, monthly finished goods counts, and scheduled counts.
  • Review SAP storage locations.
  • Investigate inaccuracies and establish corrective action plans.
  • Initiate interplant material transfer documents and coordinate the transfer and transactions.
  • Monitor the return of cable, wire, and specialty materials after production consumption.
  • Track the disposition of returned items through return authorization and freight claims.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills
  • 1-3 years of inventory control, inventory management, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
  • Forklift certified or able to become certified.
  • Lean experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; SAP or other ERP experience preferred; ISO QMS experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organization skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

The compensation for this position is typically start at $/Hour based on experience.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
