- They have general labor positions doing a variety of jobs including unloading a laser, running a tapper (a machine that puts the threads in metal) and grinding/deburring parts.
- Packing parts in in kits, labeling/barcoding, installing fastener/hardware.
- Lifting sheets of metal that can be wide/ long weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- This is similar to a shop floor work environment.
- HS diploma or GED
- Punctuality, reliability, work ethic
- Hand/eye coordination
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to read blue prints is a bonus
- Must wear leather work boots (steel toes NOT necessary)
