Your Role at Batesville:As a Paint Associate
, you will be responsible for painting production items according to work orders, preparing surfaces, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality finishes while supporting team productivity.

- The expected pay for this role is $21.59 per hour
, with a $1 increase after 90 days

- Operate and adjust industrial paint sprayers according to work order specifications.
- Clean and prepare parts for painting, ensuring proper surface readiness.
- Load and unload paint booth stacks and prepare parts for inspection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Support team efficiency and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Commitment to safety standards and adherence to standard operating procedures.

- Previous experience in manufacturing or painting (preferred but not required).
