Novipax Paxinos is seeking a production operator to safely operate fluff converting lines in Paxinos, Pennsylvania. The role requires standing for 12-hour shifts, performing changeovers, and monitoring product quality throughout each run.
You will collaborate with Packers and the Assistant Operator, document production data, and assist with maintenance requests while adhering to safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards. Training and mentorship on the line are provided.
