Machine Maintenance Technician - Level III

CNC Maintenance Tech - 1 st Shift
$30-$40 PH
Job Requirements- 6 years of CNC maintenance
- Installation, service, and repair of CNC machines and other industrial equipment
- Assist in the creation, verification, and implementation of SOP
- Move, replace and calibrate machinery
- Diagnose and identify faulty electrical and mechanical components
- Work at the component level including spindles, bearing packs, ball screws, lubrication systems, and proper alignment
- Use gages and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions
- Must have the ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components
- Fabricate,assemble, and test mechanical system parts
- Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers and electric switches
