You’ll contribute to the success of the company by welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while showcasing your mig and tig welding skills. Pro Mach’s HMC division is seeking a talented Welder. You’ll contribute to the success of the company by welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while showcasing your mig and tig welding skills.  We offer a modern, clean, safe and climate-controlled facility and focus on producing world-class packaging equipment for our global customer base. ** Are you passionate about this work?
*** Mig and tig welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
* Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
* Measuring and inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
* Assisting fabrication and production teams as needed.#

*** Minimum 3 years Welding experience, preferably steel, stainless, aluminum, as well as mig and tig welding.
* Experience with fabrication machines including rollers, benders, shears, etc. a plus.
* Excellent Safety practices and mindset.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.
* Ability to read technical drawings/ blueprints.
* Ability to take direction and follow through with assignments as provided.
* Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
* Must be able to work well in a team and collaborative environment.
