***** Job Description Summary/Brief

Description:

** We are currently seeking a night shift Quality Technician for the DuBois, PA site. In this role, the Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring quality initiatives are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The night shift hours are 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. on a 2-2-3 schedule. Initial job training will be conducted during day shift hours.
** Responsibilities:
*** Gain an understanding of a specific Sensus product design, including materials and manufacturing requirements while working with cross-functional teams
* Develop and maintain inspection reports
* Conduct routine quality inspections and analyze data
* Perform product audits
* Identify improvement opportunities in quality control processes
* Facilitate Root Cause Analysis through various problem-solving tools and techniques on internal concerns or external customer returns
* Supporting product Quality Engineers to achieve objectives
* Participate in 5S projects and safety meetings.

* Job Requirements:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* Quality ASQ certification a plus
* Manufacturing experience preferred
* Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Ability to use a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment
* Can work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to follow written directions
* Works well with others in a team environment

** The estimated pay range for this position is $ per hour. The starting pay rate is determined by various factors, including skills, experience, and work location.
