Slate is seeking a Group Leader to oversee daily assembly operations within the general assembly department. You will lead a team of Team Leaders and Team Members to meet production targets, while ensuring safety, quality and cost-effective practices.
The role requires 5+ years in automotive manufacturing with supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field, and hands-on knowledge of lean methods and ERP systems.
