We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Machine Operator VI role.

This role is part of a career lattice where our employees get rewarded and recognized for cross training and learning new skills. Team Members will be cross trained based on various tasks in support of production operations. What will you do in this role?
  • Performs various tasks in support of production operations.
  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
  • Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role. Utilize visual management.
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Applying lean concepts, make and implement recommendations for process improvements.
  • Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
  • Typically requires a HS or GED and equivalent relevant experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.
