You will provide operational leadership, guide Lean initiatives, manage budgets and resources, and develop high-performing teams reporting to the Plant Manager.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing leadership experience, strong analytical and financial skills, and a track record of leading change in fast-paced production environments.
