Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off‑highway equipment – Dana provides the world’s original‑equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Base pay $18 per hour.

• 1st Shift: 6am–2pm
• 2nd Shift: 2pm–10pm – $0.30 per hour shift premium
• 3rd Shift: 10pm–6am – $0.30 per hour shift premium

Standard shifts have overtime opportunities of 4 hours before or after the shift.

• Prepare automotive drive‑train components and related processes including painting, welding, material handling, problem‑solving and training.
• Support 100% on‑time delivery, 100% quality rating, and production standards.
• Identify visual differences in parts.
• Perform simple physical operations with hands and hand tools.
• Stand for the duration of the shift, lift 5–75 lbs. frequently, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp and pinch continuously.
• Work with oils and lubricants.
• Read and interpret instruction sheets.
• Operate multi‑function machinery.
• Work without supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Availability to work any of the listed shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
