Cold Press Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Cold Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality pressed products, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement in our operations. • Operate press machinery to produce pressed products according to specified standards and procedures
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product quality
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safety
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Record production data accurately and report any issues or deviations to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes
• Assist in setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs

• Proven experience operating press or similar machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production schedules
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency in recording data accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

• Competitive Salary:
  We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.50-$18.10/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.

• Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month following date of hire
