Position
Purpose:
Manage IMRL Room .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec .
- Work s safely at all times .
- Responsible for IMRL Room .
- Responsible for the completion of audits on Maintenance department tools .
- Ability to research, order and keep a running inventory of tools .
- Label and etch tools for control purposes .
- Responsible for shadowing tool storage .
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively .
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager .

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Communication Skills
- Ability to communic ate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees . - Language Ability -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo) , with a focus on procurement .
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills .
- Procedural Compliance .
Position
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required .
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred .
- Experience with tools used in industrial maintenance operations .
Physical Requirements : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perf orm the key actions of the job:
- R equired to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate ) . F requently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 - 12 hours. O ccasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
- V ision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment .
- Work is performed in an industrial
-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk .
