This is an entry level position. We're looking for a Production Pharmacy Technician who enjoys hands‑on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in contributing to a process bigger than themselves.
This is not a customer‑facing role. You won't spend your day answering phones or handling patient issues. Instead, you'll work alongside a dedicated production team focused on preparing, packaging, labeling, and processing medications accurately and efficiently.
What you'll do- Assist with the preparation, packaging, labeling, and processing of compounded medications
- Support production workflows by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Prepare materials and supplies needed for daily production activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Operate equipment and production tools according to training
- Complete cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks
- Support inventory organization and material replenishment
- Work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and supervisors to maintain workflow
- Contribute to daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Production goals are achieved safely and accurately
- Work is completed consistently and reliably
- Quality standards are maintained throughout the day

ScheduleThis position offers the choice of a four‑day schedule consisting of four 10‑hour shifts each week, one of which is a Saturday, or a five‑day schedule of 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable attendance and work habits
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn and follow procedures
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Tennessee or North Carolina Board of Pharmacy registration required within 90 days of employment
- Successful completion of internal competency training
Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
