Sign-OnBonus Structure
- $2,000 after 90 days
- $3,000 after 12 months
- $5,000 at 18 months
Advancedelectricalwiringtroubleshootingandshortcircuitprotectionsystemknowledge.
KnowledgeofVFDs(Variable Frequency Drives ) andprogrammingthem.
BasicPLCs(Programmable Logic Controller ) layoutandtroubleshoot.
KnowledgeofprocesscontrolinstrumentationandfamiliaritywiththecommonPCapplication.
Dismantlesmachinesandperformsrepairs.
Makesnecessarymachineadjustmentsforproperoperation.
Conductsscheduledpreventativemaintenanceprocedures.
Basicmachineshopknowledge(using Lathes,Endmills,Drillpressmachines)
Performsskilledwelding(stick,mig,etc) andplumbingrepairs.
Performsmaintenanceofpoweredindustrialtrucksincludingmechanical,hydraulicandelectricalsystems.
Knowledgeofhydraulicandpneumaticsystemsandtheabilitytotroubleshootandrepairissues.
Informssupervisorofoperationalstatusofequipmentandnotifiesofanyproblemareas.
Followsstandardoperatingandsafetyprocedures.
Keepsworkareasafe,cleanandorganized.
Performsotherrelateddutiesasrequired.
