Location: Northern
Sugar Mountain is seeking a Plant Manager to launch and scale a new dairy plant in Shullsburg, Wisconsin. You’ll lead production, maintenance, quality, and warehousing for a ~30-person team, building systems that blend craftsmanship with data-driven decision making.
The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing leadership, dairy or food experience preferred, and a hands-on style on the production floor. Relocation support is available.
