FORVIA is seeking a year-round Industrial Engineering Intern for its Simpsonville, KY location. The role provides hands-on manufacturing experience applying IE and Lean principles to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
You will observe operations on the production floor, document current processes, perform time studies, and assist with standard work development under mentoring. Strong communication and problem-solving are valued.
