Location: Northern
Copain Bakery is seeking a Bread Baker to join our morning bread production team. This hands-on role requires understanding fermentation, fast pace, and pride in producing consistent, high-quality bread from dawn to breakfast service.
You will work closely with the Head Artisan Baker to scale, shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads to spec, while maintaining clean, organized production spaces and participating in recipe refinement for ongoing improvement.
