Milwaukee Electronics is hiring Electronic Assemblers (Assembler
1) to support PCB assembly, electronic manufacturing, and production operations. This role involves hands‑on assembly, component placement, basic soldering, and quality inspection in a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry‑level position; nopreviousmanufacturing or electronics assembly experience required.
• Ability to demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including logging into company systems with a username and password, navigating email, accessing and reviewing timecards through the HRIS (e.g., UKG), completing online training, using employee self‑service applications, and performing basic computer tasks required to support daily work responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately.
• Positive and dependable team member with a strong work ethic.
• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing work environments.
• A collaborative approach to addressing issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all team members.
• Flexible and able to adjust to shifting tasks based on business needs .
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform the job safely and accurately, including communicating with team members, following work instructions, and completing required production documentation.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are required.
• Ability to interpret and understand performance graphs and other data visualizations.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to assess product quality and ensure compliance with written documentation and work instructions.
• Capable of performing basic data entry transactions.

• Within one year of employment, must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.
• Within one year of employment, must achieve a passing score on the IPC‑A‑610 certification course (current revision).

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk;
