We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision work and wants more flexibility in their schedule. Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
- Select tools, fixtures, and materials for each job and verify machine setup before production.
- Monitor machine performance and make offsets or adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality expectations.
- Experience operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Technical training or machining certification is a plus but not required if experience is strong.
