Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Northern

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision work and wants more flexibility in their schedule. This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality machining, independence, and a work environment that respects life outside of work. We offer flexible start times and scheduling options based on production needs and experience, a climate-controlled facility, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
  • Select tools, fixtures, and materials for each job and verify machine setup before production.
  • Monitor machine performance and make offsets or adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
  • Experience operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical training or machining certification is a plus but not required if experience is strong.
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Flexible scheduling options designed to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunity for adjusted start times or alternative shift arrangements based on shop needs.
  • Full benefits package.
  • Climate-controlled facility for a more comfortable work environment year-round.
  • A stable, hands-on role for someone who values autonomy and craftsmanship.
  • A team environment that respects experience, dependability, and practical problem-solving.
  • The chance to do meaningful precision work without sacrificing personal priorities.

If you are an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a role that values both your skills and your schedule, we would love to hear from you. Join a team where quality work matters and flexibility is part of the conversation from the start.
