Bulk Load Operator

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Bulk Load Out Operator at Didion, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. This position offers cross-training on multiple systems and types of equipment, providing you with flexibility, skill development, and opportunities for career growth.

Available Schedules:

• 6pm-6am 4 days on/4 days off

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour

$3.00 per hour shift premium and an e
xtra 40 hours of Paid Time Off for night shift!

Qualifications:

• - Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• - Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• - Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• - Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• - Proficiency with using computers.

Physical Environment:

• - Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• - Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
• - Capable of climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights exceeding 20'.
