The schedule for this job will be a rotating night shift. You will work 7pm to 7am Mon, Thu, Fri one week, and the same hours Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun the next week.
Equipment Used: Various milling equipment, mainly roll stands and sifters
Material Handled: Wheat and flour

The primary duties of this job will include assisting with the setting up, monitoring and adjusting of milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, maintenance of milling equipment, transferring of finished flour to storage and housekeeping. Areas of responsibility will include the flour mill and the cleaning house.
As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position. You are responsible for food safety.
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
- Available to work overtime and weekends
- Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- This job can be physically strenuous
- You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- You will work at heights
- You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
- This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders
- You will be required to wear PPE
