Manufacturing Associate

The Manufacturing Department Associate will be taskedtopackage,assemble,andlabelproducts. They willwork closely with the quality control department to perform a variety of tasks in support ofcannabisproduction operations.
Position pays an hourly wage of $18.50/hour.

• Fills a variety of roles on the production line as needed.

• Sets up,operates, andmaintainsproduction equipment or machinery.

• Prepares, inspects, ormeasuresraw materials.

• Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work.

• Packages, stores, and ships completed goods.

• Handles cannabis product.

• Tag and label merchandise accurately.

• Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.

• Box,wrap,and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.

• Adherence to safety and quality regulations within the workplace.

• Recognize and accurately report problems.

• Follow allCGMPandPPE (Personal Protection Equipment) protocols.

• Execute routine validation protocols.

• May perform activities that include periods of rigorous, repetitive work.

• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise.

• Mayoperatefilling and labeling machines.

• Maintain acceptable attendance record and promptness toworkwithin assigned workstation; reliable, strong work ethic.

• Mustbeaccurateand precise.

• Assist other employees inaccomplishingcompany goals.

• Participates in and completes company-required training programs.

• Participates in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.

• Perform other duties as needed in support of businessobjectivesassigned by your manager.

• Maybe responsible forassistingmanufacturing staff or management.

• Must be over 21 years of age.

• Available towork onvarious schedules.

• Flexible availabilityfordayand night shifts.

• Mustbe able to work at least
  40 hoursa week.

• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk,and/orworking on a computer.

• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift
  40lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

• Must be able to work in dusty environments and wear PPE
