We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Set Up / Processing Technician to join our manufacturing this dynamic role, you will be responsible for setting up,operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines toproduce high-quality plastic components.

This position offers a five-day work week with non-rotating second and third shift opportunities available.
Responsibilities- Set up and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
- Set up molds and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to the molding process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
- Monitor machine performance and processing conditions to maintain consistent production quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsand deadlines.
- Previous experience in plastic molding, tool setup,injection mold press startup and operation is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality inspections on finished products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in operating injection molding machines and related equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and process issues.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring using logic controllers.
