Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Read, interpret and understand manufacturers' equipment manuals, preventative maintenance task sheets and safety policies;
Perform equipment adjustments and repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns;
Perform duties during production and non-production hours while following OSHA Lockout/Tagout and safety regulations;
Monitor performance of equipment and inform maintenance and production supervisors of potential problems;
Provide hands-on training and direction to lower-level mechanics and technicians in servicing and maintaining equipment
