Quad is hiring an experienced Folder/Gluer Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Pay: $22–$27 / hour, based on experience
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
Relocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

This position is expected to transition to a 12-hour schedule in the future. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
Previous folder/gluer machine operating experience is required.
What You'll Do- Set up and operate folder/gluer equipment
- Review job specifications and prepare equipment for production
- Monitor machine performance, quality, and production efficiency
- Make adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Inspect finished products to customer specifications
- Support team members during production runs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous folder/gluer machine operating experience is required
- Bobst experience preferred; experience with other folder/gluer equipment will be considered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed

Actual pay will vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may also include overtime and shift differentials.
