Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. is seeking a Whey Operator to assist the Whey Evaporator and Dryer Operator in our whey processing operation. You will operate and clean the AMVR Evaporator and the TFD/MSD spray dryers, perform lab work as required, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Hours are 4:00 PM–4:00 AM in New York. Pay ranges from $25.80 to $26.45 per hour; offers based on skills and experience. A High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills are preferred.
