Description

Requirements:

• The most qualified candidates that pass the leader test will be interviewed for the position.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the positions.
• Must have a valid driver's license. Will be required to obtain forklift and stand-up lift certification.
• Frequent lifting of 15 to 35 pounds; occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, and lift boxes as high as 66 inches.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 18 feet and operate a pallet jack.
• Safety equipment restricts a personal weight limit up to 325 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead at SV5, SV5-2, and Warehouse locations, maintaining skills at each site.
• Assign operators to work areas and designate breaks.
• Assist in loading/unloading truck shipments, stocking, and picking carts for customer orders and kanbans.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety regulations.
• Print and prepare picklists for multiple shifts.
• Perform limited functions of the S/R Supervisor in their absence.
• Scan received items and enter receipts using MICS (gun or PC).
• Perform tasks related to shipping and receiving, including stocking, transferring, and wrapping.
• Participate in cycle counts and keep the area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
