Solutions Architect, Enterprise AI

Take Orcher into enterprise estates and make it work against real systems of record.

You are the engineer in the room when an enterprise decides whether governed autonomy is real. You will design the deployment, integrate with the systems of record that matter — core banking, EHR, claims, ERP, case management — and prove the control plane behaves as promised.

The work spans architecture design, hands‑on integration, security review support, and the honest conversation about what Orcher will not do.

Field findings you bring back become product requirements, so this role has direct influence on the roadmap.

• Design reference architectures for Orcher in complex enterprise environments.
• Lead technical discovery, pilots, and production rollouts with design partners.
• Integrate with systems of record, identity providers, and enterprise observability stacks.
• Support security reviews, architecture boards, and procurement diligence.
• Build reusable integration assets, runbooks, and enablement material.
• Feed field failures and gaps back into product and engineering.

• Hands‑on engineering ability — you can write and debug integration code, not only diagram it.
• Experience deploying enterprise software into regulated environments.
• Fluency with cloud architecture, networking, identity, and API integration patterns.
• Strong presence with senior technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Honesty about product limitations, especially under sales pressure.

• 7+ years in solutions architecture, customer engineering, or enterprise consulting on technical products.
• Has led at least one complex production deployment inside a regulated enterprise.
• Prior software engineering experience is strongly preferred.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent professional experience is accepted in place of a degree.
