Patten Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor, pre-module, to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage schedules, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and serve as the link between the shop floor and upper management.
You will supervise 45–60 employees, drive Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives, coordinate with engineering and materials, and train new staff to consistently hit production targets with strong attention to health and safety standards.
