Location: Northern
Alene Candles in New Albany, OH seeks a Production Lead to supervise the production line team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate with the Manufacturing Supervisor. You will train staff, track downtime, and ensure daily goals are met while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED and about 1 year of related experience. Candidates should be able to operate various machines and assist on the candle making line as needed.
