Location: Northern
Closure Systems International, Inc. is seeking a Production Leader at the Erie, PA plant to drive safety, quality and productivity in a 24/7 operation.
You will oversee 4 shift supervisors and about 50 employees, ensuring cost-effective manufacturing of closures and compliance with GMP, ISO and quality standards. The role requires a BS in manufacturing/engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in leadership, with strong communication and coaching skills.
