As a Process Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the daily production in a blow molding environment, providing management support to associates and being held accountable for department safety, quality, reliability, and scrap, ensuring correct housekeeping procedures on machinery and in work areas, working knowledge of product orders, and work directly with maintenance to ensure equipment is repaired and maintained.

- You Will Train, develop and manage technicians to meet business needs
- Act as back-up Team Leader as needed
- Relieve Production Techs for breaks and lunches
- Inspect line set-ups and continuously monitor operations
- Troubleshoot & repair machinery using mechanical & electrical skills
- Control scrap, reliability and quality through process checks
- Work with Team Lead on the performance evaluation process
- Drive safety, quality, scrap and reliability action items
- Other duties as assigned
- You Have 2 year Technical degree and/or related experience
- Desire and ability to work night shift.
- Minimum of 2 years-experience in similar leadership role
- Experience in Plastics manufacturing preferred
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
