Sonaca North America in Auburn, WA is seeking a Sheet Metal Production Supervisor to direct daily sheet metal fabrication activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput, reporting to the Production Manager.
Lead and mentor manufacturing teams, develop production schedules, review performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through LEAN initiatives. Aerospace experience and the ability to read blueprints are highly valued, with opportunities for career growth.
