JOB SUMMARY:The Seasonal Non-Exempt Hourly Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily production activities in a high-paced manufacturing environment during peak season. This role provides direct leadership to production teams, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement targets are consistently met. The supervisor works cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to meet operational goals while fostering a positive and safe work culture.
Base Compensation: $75,000.00
