Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Plant Manager for our Inwood, KY operation. You will lead a 225-employee manufacturing site, driving safety, quality and operational excellence while fostering a culture of servant leadership and accountability.
You will champion Lean Six Sigma, develop and manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing and HR to ensure brand alignment and community presence. A BS in Engineering and 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership are required.
