Location: Northern
Charter Steel in Saukville, WI is hiring a Billet Conditioner in the Melting Department for the 4:30pm–4:30am night shift. Earn $26.50/hour with a $2,000 hiring bonus and a full benefits package. Rotate through positions, operate overhead crane, inspect billets, and tag with welding torch. Must have a HS diploma or GED, basic math, and strong safety mindset; forklift/overhead crane exposure is a plus.
