Hitachi Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead operations during our weekend night shift in Alamo, TN. In this role, you’ll guide a team of production employees, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule to meet customer commitments and operational goals. This is a hands‑on opportunity to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This is an overnight Weekend Production Supervisor opportunity.

Hours are 4:30PM-5:00PM - 5:30AM Friday through Sunday.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Supervise, train, and assign work to production employees
• Monitor and achieve KPIs including safety, delivery, and productivity
• Schedule work, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed
• Address production, technical, and logistics challenges
• Analyze performance data to improve operations and reduce rework
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
• Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records
• Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and build engagement

Hours are 4:30PM-5:00PM - 5:30AM Friday through Sunday.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience; OR associate degree with 4+ years; OR high school diploma/GED with 8+ years
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
