- Salary: $24.02 per hour plus shift differential (based on experience and qualifications)

- Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
- Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
- Use technical skills in SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to maintain packaging flow.
- Perform routine operation checks, daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment changeovers.
- Ensure proper sanitation after changeovers.
- Inspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and packaging.
- Perform manual packing and palletizing, following FIFO inventory methods.
- Record shipments and quality results in SAP.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food‑safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, complete sanitation steps during changeovers.
- Assist team members, adapt to operational changes, contribute to productivity, safety, and quality goals.
- Provide backup coverage for multiple roles, share knowledge, and support training.
- Accurately complete basic production paperwork and report issues to supervisors.
- Participate in 5S efforts and act as 5S champion for the area.
- Review production paperwork with supervisors and team to develop solutions to issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
- Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
- Age 18+; ability to lift up to 50lbs, push heavy loads, stand/walk up to 90% of the shift, and climb as needed.
- Near and far visual acuity, color perception, full range of hand/arm movement, good hand‑eye coordination, motor skills, 20/20 corrected vision, normal hearing.
- Mechanical aptitude to operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on production line equipment.
- Proficiency in SAP, hand scanners, basic math skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MII, WE systems, interpreting line huddle measures.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and other food safety regulations.
- Commitment to company safety policies and procedures.
- Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, multitasking ability, flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable, self‑motivated, willing to work overtime or weekends as needed.
- Ability to effectively communicate with co‑workers, supervisors, and others; written and oral communication in English.
Stand and walk for extended periods; frequent climbing, pulling, pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and stooping. Must lift up to 50lbs frequently. Must wear all required PPE and adhere to safety policies such as lock‑out/tag‑out and safe lifting techniques. Exposure to wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high areas, fumes, airborne particles, extreme temperatures, electrical risks, and vibrations may occur.
