Forklift Operator & Material Handler Job Northern Kentucky USA,Manufacturing / Production

Watsontown Brick, a trusted brand within the General Shale family, is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production operations at our Watsontown, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can safely operate equipment and adapt to changing production needs.

Position Overview:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, staging, and shipping materials throughout the plant while supporting production goals, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (up to 14,000 lbs) to transport and stack materials

Support production and shipping by moving product as needed

Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues

Ensure product quality during handling and shipment

Accurately document shipped materials for inventory control

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Meet daily production goals and work overtime as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Forklift experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 60 lbs

Ability to work in an active industrial environment
