This high-visibility role carries broad accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EHS, and Continuous Improvement in a complex, high-risk manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven plant/site leadership experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense, energetics, or other high-risk/regulated manufacturing
- Strong Lean / continuous improvement and operational excellence expertise
- A demonstrated record of improving safety, quality, delivery and productivity
